Established over 30 years ago (with only two owners over that period), Springfield Care Home is a residential care home for the elderly located in an attractive period house, complemented by a ground floor extension with views of our extensive landscaped gardens – we were highly commended in the Gardens in Bloom Competition. We're within walking distance of the centre of March, an attractive market town in Cambridgeshire. Our nearest major towns are Wisbech, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge and Ely.
We want our residents to feel that they have found a cheerful and loving home, a place where high quality care comes with a smile 😊. We are not a big impersonal institution! Instead, we provide friendly personal service from loyal and long-serving staff, some of whom have been with us for decades, and who get to know our residents and their families very well.

"We saw kind and caring interaction between staff and the people who used the service. People we spoke with were complimentary about the staff. One person told us, "[Staff] have been very good with me." Another person said, "I'm grateful for what [staff] do, I'm very happy here." A third person said, "I had lots of help from the staff to get settled in."
My mother is a resident at Springfields she has been there for 2 years plus now I am a registered nurse of 37 years and have worked in elderly care all my career so feel I'm a good judge here. My mum is exceptionally happy here the staff are lovely they are friendly, helpful and I have confidence that my mother is safe there. When I have an issue it is dealt with promptly and I get feedback too. Staff remain at this home for a long time and it is good for continuity of care. The management is prompt and deals with things in a timely manner we visit on many occasions at various times and never have any concerns, we are welcomed warmly into the home offered drinks and made comfortable we are very happy with mum being at Springfields. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
